So parvati is definitely NOT a pornstar but writer here want to falsely prove her as pornstar. So in this pursuit writer is trying to portray preetha resistant being a pornstar but later agreeing to it. So her denial being a pornstar was just an act of resistance. But later on, as she did, she turn out to be truly a pornstar. 

"Look at the camera and moan goddammit!"
